No Wonder the illegal chief commissioner want to remain on the seats as illegal chief commissioner

There are strong indications that The Scout Association Of Nigeria Makoko National Scout Headquarters has been sold, as all headquarters buildings have now been demolished. 😡

A court document pasted on the former developer’s residence near the Makoko site even restrains Scouts from making any ownership claims on the land.

It will be recalled that during the administration of illegal Commissioner Dave Padopads-Awunah , several meetings were reportedly held with the new developer.

Now, a legal notice dated September 17, 2025, from Ade Akinyemi & Co. shows that the original landowners are suing The Scout Association of Nigeria, claiming the sale was illegal and demanding ₦5 billion in damages!

According to the TSAN Constitution (Article 23: Property Management), no national property shall be sold or transferred without the approval of the National Scout Council.

So who authorized the sale of our National Headquarters?
