it was laudable as training policy programme from WOSM was enacted upon.
The review of the National Training policy marks the most significant reform in our Training efforts since 2003.
As Trainers , we must build a great resilience for training to continually mirror the works of the unit Leaders ; providing thematic and practical support for better quality scouting at the grassroot.
Trainers have to create appropriate conditions for a multiplier effect of our work as solution givers.
The debates, discussions and presentations at the Retreat represent most important leadership lessons that our Trainers have put together as guide for next years to improve the process of training needs assessment and application of modular curriculum to Scouting development.
At the end Of this Training Total attendance was (64)
