Trainers have to create appropriate conditions for a multiplier effect of our work as solution givers.
The debates, discussions and presentations at the Retreat represent most important leadership lessons that our Trainers have put together as guide for next years to improve the process of training needs assessment and application of modular curriculum to Scouting development.
At the end Of this Training Total attendance was (64)
