Who do we call a scout leader by Scouter olatunji O Micheal ADC Ipokia Scout district

My article who is a scout leader or to say who is a leader

Most especially in scouting:

A leader is a person that can revive a weakened soul

A leader is a person that can make a law and abide by it

A leader is a person who as the charisma to identify manners of activities

A leader is a leveler that can regulate the potential of every member in is yard

A leader can also be a pathfinder that can be able to differentiate the minor in being and the major aspect, we size in problem for our self alot in that aspect even in the scouting movement a boy that is not yet trained or that lack the potential as a leader and we pasted him/her in the post to lead, what do he/she have to offer?

And in every step there is a procedure even as scout is concerned we duel with steps.

I have got to know even if not all but at least little about most of the problems we are having even in the movement

1. We don’t want to be a boy before becoming a leader

2. We don’t want to notice avenue

3. We don’t want to serve

4. We don’t want to learn from mistakes

5. Lack of transparency.

And in every steps as a messenger of peace we need charisma we need zeel to work

And the problem we have when people that are suppose to be a boy becomes leader, we believe on cover administration which is not suppose to be so, this as caused a lot of damage in some district,LA,province as scout is concerned

A leader must be a open minded one even if one wrong u call the person and tell it out not keeping and base on at all and the leader no, because its easy for the boys to do something wrong and ignore than a leader that all eyes is on him/her to do something wrong the mistake we easily reflect

We need a good turn around in scouting pertaining to leaders

A leader we always take his boys along in other to know ways things are done and to know who is who, because the kudos given to leader after the leadership post is the boys
