Before then, if you are not a top notch at State or National level you dear not use Scout hat, but I broke the jinx.
The Scout hat many are now putting was fought by me during my LT Course in Ibadan, Oyo State, I just attended a Scout programme in America and when I came to Nigeria in the same year I attended my LT Course in Ibadan.
I was using the Scout hat, this does not go down well with Late I.O Odunuga and I was told by Late I O Odunuga that if I use the Scout hat for the Course photograph he will fail me for the Course, hence I decided not to use the hat or beret for the Course group photograph because I told him usage of Scout hat is in the Scout handbook of rules and he should let me know why I should not use it
I made up my mind that I will not use the Scout beret since I have been asked not to use Scout hat and willing to retake the LT Course
It was Apostle Adenekan who was at the Course that prevailed on me to use his personal beret for the Course group photograph.
If not for Apostle Adenekan, it is possible that I will retake my LT Course
