Farewell to Late Chief Scout of Nigeria, Olori Omo-Oba Dr. Olusoga A. Sofolahan

The scouting community in Nigeria and beyond mourns the passing of Late (Olori Omoba) Dr. Olusoga A. Sofolahan, PhD, DCC, who served as the Chief Scout of Nigeria. A true leader, mentor, and role model, he dedicated his life to the growth of scouting and the empowerment of young people.

Born on October 1, 1969, and called to eternal rest on February 2, 2025, Dr. Sofolahan’s impact on scouting and youth development remains indelible. His unwavering commitment to service, leadership, and character-building shaped the lives of countless scouts across Nigeria.

As we celebrate his life and legacy, the Sofolahan family cordially invites all scouts, friends, and well-wishers to join in the final farewell ceremonies in his honor.
