Hello Fellow Scout…

I will like to encourage you to research more on Modern Scouting that develops that boy and girl Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Socially, and Spiritually.

Under the Physical development, we should be talking more on Better World programs, Safe from Harm under Emotional Development, Spritualty in Scouting.

Focus on the following Strategic Priorities:

1) Youth Engagement, part of what l have mentioned above.

2) Educational Methods in Scouting, the need to provide the requisite Training for the Young ones, the Training and Retraining of the Adults under Adults in Scouting that support these young people.

3) Diversity and Inclusions, Scouting sees Bridges and build Bridges and not Walls. What could be our interface with our Sisters Scouts, Gender Balance in Scouting, Peace Dialogue in Scouting, Cultural Diversity, Special Scouting inclusions, respect for Individual differences.

4) Social Impact, why are we here? To be Agents of Positive Changes within our local, National and International Communities. Our Impacts within our Society. Programs such as Food For Life, Scout of the World Program, Messengers of Peace Program, SCENE Programs etc.

5) Communication and External Relations: Our partnership with other Organizations to achieve greater results, How do we sell or market Scouting to the entire world?

6) Governance – Managing the Scouting Organization, our processes must be seen to be Transparent, Efficient and Accountable. Structures must be in places for proper reporting.

Who has what Roles and Responsibilities??

Our process must be Timely and Cost Efficient and we should be Accountable to all. Why all these chronology, is to refocus our minds on the real Subject Matter.

Traditional Scouting is necessary to have, but not sufficient to make us attain 100 Million Scouts by 2023 and even beyond.

We are in 2023 already, and we are 57 Million today.

Though COVID may have affected the projected growth, but not withstanding, we will get there and surpass the number.

Some of us are Technical and International Trainers, we will be ready to assist in passing additional current knowledge In closing,
