NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING “AGM” 2021.

On behalf of the state executive committee you are hereby invited for our 2021 annual general meeting AGM scheduled to take place as follows:

  • Venue: Heritage Garden by Area 3 Junction before bridge.

All scouters across the state are advise to gain approval for her various divisional commissioners before coming to avoid embarrassment.

All delegate must come along with there face mask as all covid 19 protocols must be adhered too.
