Greetings to all my Honorable leaders, Mentors, Role model and many more…
I hope this words of appeal finds you well and in good health.
On behalf of M.V. KOLA ADEWALE VESSELS COMMITTEE,
I am writing to you with a sincere plead for the rescheduling of the upcoming program, SHIP MANAGEMENT & NEW LEADER RESOURCES, which was originally planned for Thur. 31st Aug. To Sunday 3rd Sept. 2023.
We understand the significance of honoring commitments and maintaining schedules, but regretfully, circumstances beyond our control have arisen, making it nearly impossible to proceed with the program as initially planned. As a committee, we have explored various alternatives and solutions, and it is with the utmost respect and appreciation for your understanding that we reach out to you today.
The decision to request a rescheduling was not made lightly. We value and appreciate the effort and resources that you and the entire group have invested in organizing this program. We acknowledge the time and commitment already devoted to the planning and logistics, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we firmly believe that rescheduling is crucial for the success and impact of the program.
In light of the current circumstances, we propose _Thur. 7th Sept. To Sun. 10th Sept. 2023_ as a suitable alternative for the rescheduled SHIP MANAGEMENT & NEW LEADER RESOURCES.
This date will allow us to overcome the obstacles we are currently facing and ensure a successful and well-executed program that accomplishes our shared objectives.
We genuinely hope that you can empathize with our situation and understand the necessity to adjust the program date. Should you require any additional information or wish to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at +2348065143854, +2347010265507, +2348106524966 . We value open and honest communication and are eager to find a solution that accommodates the needs of all parties involved.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your past and continued support. We wholeheartedly believe in the value of our partnership and the positive impact that we can create together. Your understanding and flexibility in rescheduling SHIP MANAGEMENT & NEW LEADER RESOURCES will enable us to deliver an outstanding program that exceeds expectations.
Thank you all for taking the time to consider our request. We look forward to your favorable response and to the opportunity to collaborate anew on the rescheduled SHIP MANAGEMENT & NEW LEADER RESOURCES.
Respectfully,
Taiwo Matthias A.
