Annual Tent Camp and Initiation Ceremony-2023 Edition
Chittagong University Rover Scout Group Hold three days Camp From (August 31 – September 1) Inauguration of Annual Tent Camp and Initiation Ceremony.
The annual tent camp and initiation ceremony was inaugurated by the chief guest of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Anwarul Islam and Mr. Ruhul Amin Khan, Leader Trainer, Treasurer, Chittagong District Rover Scouts were the special guests. Besides, Mr. Anisul Alam, Director (Acting), Physical Education Department was also present as a guest; Habibur Rahman Jalal, Deputy Director, Physical Education Department; Mr. Mohammad Amirul Islam, Controller of Accounts, CU; Asma Akhter Akhi, Assistant Professor, Department of Sociology and Mr. SM Naeem Uddin, Rover Scout Leader of the group.
Former members of the group also attended the event. Group Committee Secretary Professor Dr. Mohammad Helal Uddin presided over the event.
Later, in the discussion meeting, the guest group gave a guiding speech between the rover candidates and rover mates.
At the end of the event, guests and Rover Scouts took part in a tree plantation drive at the central playground.
The program was coordinated by Habibur Rahman, Yusuf Emon and Monami Islam Mumu, senior rovermates of the three units of the group.
