Lagos State Scout Council has celebrated excellence in leadership by honoring two remarkable women and a distinguished local government chairman for their outstanding contributions to youth development in Lagos State.

The prestigious awards were presented during the grand closing ceremony of a transformative three-day residential workshop for Lagos boys, held at the Lagos State Model College, Agbowa-Ikosi, in Ikosi-Ejirin LCDA.

Her Excellency, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu – The First Lady of Lagos State, a passionate advocate for women’s and children’s rights, and a champion of empowerment initiatives.

Mrs. Feyisola Abiru – Wife of Senator Abiru, a steadfast supporter of youth development and an active contributor to numerous charitable causes.

The three-day residential workshop, spearheaded by the Office of the First Lady of Lagos State, brought together 200 boys aged 13 to 17 from various backgrounds, including public and private schools, orphanages, correctional facilities, and vocational training centers.
