1st National Scouts For SDG Program Train Over 50 Candidate Across 25 State Of Federal Republic of Nigeria Nigeria At Just Concluded 5th National Scout Youth Forum Of TSAN/OYO

At the 5th National Youth Forum of Scout Association on Nigeria, held in Oyo state from 28th August to 2nd September, 2022.
Amb Sheriff Gbadamosi, the national coordinator of Sustainable Development Goals Awareness Initiative facilitated an SDGs Trainer for the Scout delegates who came from all the 25 states and FCT, Abuja.
The training was part of the agenda of the International Scout Association in her implementation of Scout for SDGs and the Better World Frameworks.
The training focused on the background of United Nations, from MDGs to SDGs, global and local challenges facing the world and how the Scouts Association can take action in localization of the SDGs through the Scout for SDGs programs.
The Scouts delegate are expected to take this training back to their division and train other Scout members, take action.
This will contribute to the aims of Scouts for SDGs projects and engaging over 57 million Scouts across the world in making the world’s largest coordinated youth contribution to the SDGs that will deliver two million local actions and additional three billion hours of community service by 2030.
