Dear Scouts,
Happy Eid Mubarak
Greetings from the National Scout Board and the National Executive Committee of The Scout Association of Nigeria.
Our Muslim Scouters are today marking their breaking of fast.
This year’s festivity seems unique and as we celebrate, let us be safety conscious and observe all the guiding rules of Staying Safe from Harm and Staying Alive, sustainable and healthy living.
We wish to remind us all that there is a lot to be done within our NSO in terms of Membership Growth and Youth Development incorporating gender balance. With continuing cooperation of all and sundry, we shall be able to record greater achievements in the years to come.
We salute and appreciate the endurance, tenacity and patience of all Scouts in Nigeria in view of all National Scouting ups and downs as well as personal challenges we all faced at this point in time, most especially, the strong unwavering brotherhood spirit that has helped us to keep up with our scouting activities over the years and our future endeavors which includes the forthcoming National Parade. As we keep the spirit glowing, we promised to do our best to take us out of this trying time with high hopes and expectations for a better tomorrow.
